We raise our cattle out on open pastures to produce the most nutritious and flavorful grass fed beef you will ever taste.

Helping families eat confidently with our grass fed beef is our passion. We would love to serve you and become the farm you choose to build a relationship with!

 This box includes: 180 lbs. of grass-fed beef.

  • 20-24 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio. 
  • 4-8 Sirloin Steaks. 
  • 4-6 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
  • 5-10 Osso Buco style Shanks.  
  • 5-12 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette.
  • 4-6 lbs. of Stew Meat.
  • 10-12 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs.  
  • 1 brisket (7-15 lbs.)
  • 80-100 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean). 
  • 5-8 lbs. of beef liver.

*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.

    Deposit: Your 1/2 Beef Share deposit is $800. Your final payment will be $1,750 after your deposit is subtracted. The total amount is $2,550.

    How it works: You reserve your 1/2 Beef Share today with a $800 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. Once your beef is ready in July, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1,750). Then we will ship it to your door for free, in 4 big boxes. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!

    Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.

    Shipping: Your order will ship to your home in late July. You will be updated once we have an exact shipping date.
